Terms and Conditions

1. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure the multi tracks / a track provided are ready for mixing/ mastering/ Music Production.

2. Please don’t assume any tuning or timing issues will be resolved automatically.How-ever if a small amount of vocal tuning is desired, you can provide that information. If our engineer suspects the amount of tuning or editing will seriously intrude on mix time, then you will be informed.

3. Large amounts of tuning and editing will be charged for and will delay turn-around time.It is your best interest to do any tuning and editing before sending your audio file so-that the engineer can spend more time to mix / master / produce your song.

4. We accept WAV / AIFF files at 44.1KHz,48KHz,88.2KHz and 96KHz sample rates and 16 bit,24 bit bit-depth.

5. Please supply us mono files in mono format and stereo files in stereo format, clearly named and without clipping. Stereo files will be counted as 2 tracks of audio(e.g. Strings L & R will be counted as 2 tracks).

6. You will need to provide multi-tracks that are consolidated or bounced from starting point of your song(Start Time Code / Bar 1 Beat 1).All files must be of the same duration, sample rate and bit depth.

7. We cannot accept DAW sessions(i.e. Sessions of Protools / Logic Pro / Reason / Cubase).

8. There is a 96 multi track limit.A track can’t share different sounds such as backing vocal track with a guitar solo in the     middle. If you need to bounce files to save on tracks,we suggest backing vocals and harmonies as a good place to start. Please ensure any bounces of this nature are in tune,in time and panned to your satisfaction before you bounce.

9. Please ensure you have uploaded all the correct multitrack files that you want to be included in your song. You will be prompted to confirm you have checked the “Uploaded files’ list” before proceeding to checkout.

10.For mixing & mastering package,we request the multitrack files are supplied dry, with out effects.How-ever if you feel a special effect, processing or creative element (such as hall effect / filter sweep from 16th bar to 18th bar) is an integral part of the sound, please provide the processed version and a dry safety version which will not add your overall track count. Please label both the versions clearly and mention this in the information you provide. If any instrument except vocal will not sound satisfactory, you will be informed and as per your decision, that unpleasant track will be replaced if possible and additional charges will be taken for the audio track replacement service.

11.Please export your MIDI / Virtual Instrument tracks in WAV/AIFF audio format. We only accept audio files.

12.Make sure, you allow plenty of head room when exporting your multi tracks to avoid clipping / distortion. The artefacts can’t be removed in the mixing/mastering process.

13.Please provide as much information about the song as possible about how you would like your song to sound.Send us ideas and technical information(e.g. Need a slap-back echo for male vocal from 10th bar to 14th bar).Send rough mix/ mastered track too and inform what you like and don’t like about it.Sending a commercially released reference song is also very useful. These information gives to the engineer a better idea of what you are aspecting.

14.Unfortunately,all original, mixed, mastered and produced audio files will have to be erased from the studio server two months after the date of delivery. So please make sure that you back up your original files and processed files.

15.You can upload audio files using Google Drive and share it to patro.girish@gmail.com or share your files online at https://wetransfer.com
